Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. Depending on your location, your order will be fulfilled via one of our carrier partners — including Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, and Australia Post.

Order processing

Orders placed before 1pm (local business time) are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are processed the following business day and treated as day one of your delivery window. All delivery timeframes are in business days, not calendar days.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout, and we're unable to issue a refund in this case.

If an error on our part causes a delivery issue, we'll take full responsibility and resolve it at no cost to you.


Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we'll exchange it immediately. Email us at hello@trynailed.it with a photo of the issue and we'll get it sorted quickly.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it's shipped. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once fulfilment has begun, we're unable to make amendments.


Returns & Exchanges

Not feeling it? We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date by emailing us at hello@trynailed.it

Before you submit, please check:

  • Your order was delivered within the last 30 days from date you submit the form
  • Your kit is unused and in its original condition
  • The packaging is intact - please don't apply tape, labels, or stickers to the box

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be sent to our UK or US depot depending on your location. The return address is provided after your form is submitted.

We're unable to process a refund if:

  • Your order didn't arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • You selected the wrong shade or kit - though we're happy to arrange an exchange in this case
  • Your order arrives back to us in a condition that is deemed as un-sellable

Once your return reaches us, refunds are processed within 72 hours (on business days). The funds typically take up to 5 days to appear back in your account. You'll receive an automated refund email when we process the refund.
